Returns Policy
This policy applies to purchases made from Shopping Street. Please read it before placing an order.
Returns and exchanges
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn and undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced-ear items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items bought on sale or marked as final sale.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage, or are missing their original packaging.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return delivery is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
